Q. Hey guys..so some blacks moved in across the breezeway from me. Their car is always out in the parking lot. It never moves. I think they sleep until noon or later every day. They leave trash bags out and the hall. They leave trash everywhere. The police were called cause their bass was so loud they could hear it in parking lot. People are contstantly going in and out of their apartment in the middle of the day. Are they running a crack house? It was nice when whites lived across the hall.

There is always a chance, but convicting them on loud music and race isn't the way to go.
I know as many white drug dealers as I do Black ones. Its sad to say, but only the Black ones get busted for it. It almost seems like the white ones have relations in and above the police departments, since they are never watched or busted, even though they are within sight of the others. We even have one major crack house, only white, that is NEVER touched, and everyone in school and on the street knows what it is. But, neither the Social Services nor the police bother to admit it exists (even though it has grounds for both to get involved).
Trashy neighbors do not equal drug dealers. Most of the men I know are so sloppy at home that no sane woman would consider going near them. One bum I know lives in a pig pen, and doesn't drink or do drugs at all.
Loud music is a joke. I take it you live in the country somewhat. I have neighbors who have the base up so loud that I can hear them from across the street (about 200 yards in this case). Walking down main street on a summer day and you can't hear a police siren around the corner because of the music, horns, and other noise. You usually see the lights before you hear the siren, and this is a hilly area. Add in cell phones and ear plugs (to cells and personal radios) and I can't help but wonder if the people are deaf. We have laws that are in effect for noise, but they are useless. The people who blast this music (and I do use that term loosely in most cases) are not the ones dealing drugs, or even using them. In fact, the worst cases are by Hispanic families who ae just relaxing. The next group consists of all white, racists, who listen to "country" music, chew, and drink while they drive in search of equally drunk women to reproduce with. The serious drug runners tend to be hard to pick on for any reason, so they don't end up in prison.
Have you ever checked to see if they work at night? Today, many people work around the clock. If these guys work midnight, they may be gone while you sleep. Then, they crash from 0600 to noon or so, then have fun until work starts again. When I was younger, midnight was a gift shift. Work all night, sleep during the day, then chill before going back at 2300 or so. If they work in a factory, on production (does that still exist in America or has it all gone over-seas?), they may not even work a full shift.
Most people have a LOT of friends who come and go. Since you list them as Black, who are their visitors? White girls tend to like black men today, so you can't say they are drug heads. Most Blacks have Black friends (most whites can't shake their fear long enough to visit Black "friends"). Most drug dealers handle clients who are any race, so... Also, it is a well-known "Fact" that drug dealers murder people and have violent conflicts with others, so don't they do this? (Sarcasm).
I have lived around Blacks, Hispanics, and whites in my life. I have had jerks of all groups pulling stuff. But, it is usually the racist WHITES that I have the most problem with, and I'm White myself. If you have a problem with something someone does, try asking them about it, with respect, and see if you can't work out something that works for both of you. They may not like trash in the house, but have no way to get rid of it, and set it outside. Their car may be broken down, so it doesn't move, or they may not have a license for some reason. Even if you can't stand them for whatever reason, try treating them with respect and you might just find out that they are better neighbors than those you would want living there.

There was no reason for these white people to have the gold necklaces. It be bad for the economy. If you take it to a brother at the pawn shop, the three things happen, 1. You get enough money to buy skittles and iced tea, 2. Another brother comes and buys it, keeping the money in the African community, and 3.it ends up around the neck of a black woman, instead of a white woman, the way things should be.
