It depends, but normally there is about a $5 activation fee.
So if you were buying her a $25 one, it would cost $25 plus the activation fee which is $30. :)

it depends on what night of the week it is. During the week should be shorter that the weekend. Also it depends if it's a early dinner like 5:00-5:30 might not take as long then if you got their at 7:00. It want take you long to eat it's just getting your table, drinks, and food for a party that large. And it might take longer if you plan on opening gifts. at least 2 hours but as much as 3.
