Anniversary gift ideas?

ill_state0

My fiancee and I are celebrating our anniversary next month. And I have no idea on what to get her. I ruled out jewelry because she doesn't really wear necklaces or bracelets. And I just recently upgraded her engagement ring three weeks and already gave it to her, so I am totally stumped on what to get. Any Ideas ????????????

Answer
Hey congratulations on your anniversary! I just recently got engaged myself and it's been exciting!

You can never go wrong with this gift. I stumbled across these a while ago and they have worked wonders for me ever since.

The product is called a Ribbon Gift Album. There are like 15+ different ones from all price ranges so just pick whatever one works for your budget.

It works like this. You purchase a gift album online (you have to know someone to buy these because I think they are independent distributors for a company called Alticor or Quixtar or something)... I can give you the guys name that I buy them through... I'm sure he'd be happy to help you.

Anyways, you buy the gift album online... the album gets shipped to the address you want it to go to and then when the person gets the album, they get to pick out of a bunch of gifts within the album and they get the item shipped to their house for free.

It's awesome because you can't go wrong! There are like 20-30 things within the albums so they get a bunch of choices! I do this every year for my family's birthday.

Here's the website that I buy them through:
http://ehines1.ordermygift.com

An example of what I usually get my family/friends/coworkers is here:
http://ehines1.ordermygift.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=843710B7

Then click "View Gift Collection" to see everything within the catalog.

If you want his email address, email me and I'll give it to you. I don't feel comfortable giving out his email address without permission :)

Mine is: maxblondie85@yahoo.com

Oh, and the best part is that Alticor/Quixtar company is awesome with customer service... if you don't like any of their products you can return it (I'm not sure on the timeframe but my guess is 90 days) and they give you a return postage label so you don't even have to pay for shipping... it's sweet.

Well, hopefully this helped.

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a year. We do not live together. He always gives the best gifts. I want to out-do him this time around!!! Any ideas???

Answer
A nice idea for a fun and unusual anniversary gift is a Photo Collage Jigsaw Puzzle? I'm sure you have lots of photos so a personalized gift such a Photo Collage Puzzle is a great way to bring together those memories.

Check out this website below to get some ideas. Send a collection of your photos, 15-25 photos usually works best. You can also specify the words to a suitable song, poem or other words which will stand have meaning to them. Let the professional designers create a unique photo collage layout for your approval before making it into a puzzle. Don't worry, you get a chance to review and approve the photo collage design before they make a puzzle. Once completed, it can be framed and put on the wall as a keepsake of the anniversary.

One year anniversary gift ideas.?

It is our one year anniversary and I know that she is getting me either an iPhone 4 or an Xbox 360 Slim. Please help. By the way I am on a budget of about $200 or less and I live in a town of about 8000 people and there are no upscale...anything. I want to get her something she will like. She is into history and reading. We cannot have animals. We cannot travel. There are no bands, musicals, theaters, skating rinks, bowling alleys or anything fun where I live. The closest town is 150 miles away and my car cannot go farther than 50. I want to get her something material that she can actually use.

Answer
I am not sure what gift you choose for her, but you can always choose to present it this way... take a stick on and paste it in her wardrobe.. or maybe the mirror, write something romantic... give her a hint that leads to another stick on somewhere else... more the no. of stick ons... more adventure.. more curiosity and more fun... finally when she finds her gift...she'll read the final stick on... "You might have struggled a lil' bit to find the gift for yourself, but you won't take a second to find the real gift of your life... it's always in your heart", and i think she'll like that gesture. good luck , god bless you both... and hey ... Happy Anniversary !

Answer
My wife and I are celebrating our two year anniversary next week so I know where you are(how exciting)! Anyway one thing she did for me on our first anniversary that I absolutely loved(since we were on a budget). She made a homemade coupon book. One coupon said good for your meal of any choice given 48 hours in advance, one said good for me not nagging at you even when you really deserve it, and another said one night for me to fulfill your wildest dreams. It was awesome and it pulled us closer together while saving money. Give it a try you won't be dissapointed.

What is a simple anniversary gift idea for my boyfriend of two months?

Q. Tomorrow is me and my boyfriend's second month anniversary and we're pretty serious yet I'm only 16 and he's 18. I have no clue what to do or get for him. Help is very much needed :(

Answer
maybe you boyfriend's birthday is passed now, but i still want to tell you one idea so you can prepare for your boyfriend's next birthday.
make an album for him.
this is a good way to share your pictures.and after the album is finished, you can burn it in a blank DVD,then give it to you boyfriend,
when his birthday comes, light some candle, and share the album togheter.
everytime he watch the album,he remember you.that's good, right?
this software may help you do that,Digital Album Master, adding background music, making slide effect...it can do that easily.
you can get it from
http://www.makemymtv.com
you can try it the next time, good luck.

What does woman like for their wedding anniversary?

Just me OO

2nd year anniversary, any ideas from woman will be appreciated.

Answer
Well for starters what's your wife like?
Does she love the feeling of the sand between her toes? Love to feel the wind flowing through her hair? Would she prefer a heartfelt card over a diamond necklace?

You know your wife the best, and I don't. For every option I give or tip I give there will always be a suggestion on how to make it better. That suggestion will differ for someone who has humor, true romantic, and a classy wife.

RULES:
1. Don't argue with her - it'll be worth it to just agree
2. Always go the extra mile - it's not the "price" that counts it's the "thought" (that's misconcieved as if you give her a dollar gift, she'll appreciate that you gave her something! No... it's the thought of you caring enough about her to reserve a limo, Not how much money you spent on her that made her happy. There's a difference.)
3. Devote all time to her- buisness can wait, you owe one full day to her
4. Take her someplace special- detailed later on

Mission: Show her in every possible way that you still love her

Gifts/Ideas:
For the second anniversary it is traditional to get her something related to Cotton. Such as... monogrammed
-towels
-bed spread
- Clothing
-bathrobe
-Cotton pajamas (or sexy lingerie)
-BTW whenever you shop for lingerie, always ask the sales ladie to assist you, woman know what other women like. Bring in a sample size, and some pictures of what your wife usually wears, so she can tell what your wife would like.
-Hammock
-Placemats
-Kitchen towels
-Aprons
-T-shirt with a personalized message
- if you have a humorous wife you might want to include this, but not ONLY this
-Cotton sarong
-Cushions
-Decorative rugs
The modern take is Cotton / Calico
Clothing
Bed linens
Bath towels
Napkins
Lingerie

Alternate Modern: China
Fine china
Vases
Candle holders
Serving dishes

Places:
- your wife might appreciate a small party with close friends and family, having all her loved ones around her (you could reserve a hotel and then whisk her away to a suite)
- an Island ro getaway for someone who is adventurous and fun
- true romantic just the two of you the whole day
- If she's a traditional person she'll probably appreciate a quiet restaurant with you paying

My Tips:
- If you remember the exact time you were married you should get her alone a few minutes before and give ehr your gift a few minutes earlier
- NEVER buy baskets if it's personal you pick them
- a card might mean the world to her, write a nice poem and get a card that she'll love (if she's funny a funny card you know)
- I really don't have anything more I really can't you know her the best I don't know her personality, just show that you put thought into whatever it is (which is why you NEVER get a basket with things preselected). If she loves art draw her something beautiful ( or make an attempt) may-be where you two went on a first date, or first kissed. May-be then you can find a way to imprint it onto a pillow?? or Bed spread?

Finally Links to possible gifts:
- a message in a bottle: http://onepassionplace.com/messagesil.htm
- Frame your wedding invition or wedding pictures or testimony (http://www.findgift.com/gift-ideas/pid-88344/)
The link allows you to customize a very beautiful frame.
- Get a digital photo frame (you can go to any electronics store) and upload all the pictures of you into the it (You can even make your own http://www.picturesnob.com/archives/2008_02.php)
- cotton gifts http://www.findgift.com/Anniversary-Table/Cotton/

Hope I helped, and good luck :D
