What is a great 4 year anniversary gift or experience?

I've been dating my girlfriend for 4 years (not taking the next step till we finish school) and this sunday is our 4 year anniversary. I'm taking her flowers today but what else would be a great gift or something to do over the weekend? I've considered booking us a room at a local hotel that has themed guest rooms with jacuuzi tubs or buying her a new cell phone. I'm worried she won't think these are sentimental enough. Any ideas?

the hotel is the best idea, get rose petals and spread them on the bed, get some wine or champagne, some chocolates... go there before her and set up the room.
