i need to know some gifts to buy under 30 bucks i wanted to buy my lovly gf somthing maybe card n choclate but it sounds kinda old when she still has halloween candy lol but please give me some answers i do not no wut she likes

How about the gift of a movie night. You could get him a DVD and some popcorn, and some fuzzy slippers to watch them in.

Or else tickets to the movie theater in town, wrapped up with a box of Raisinettes or something.

She's my husbands best friends wife.
Stuck up is too harsh of a word. She can be fun, but I will say she's very "PROPER".
She prefers the finer things in life. We are a family on a tight budget.
I don't know what kind of party this is going to be yet.

OK, I would NEVER buy a gift to try and 'keep up with the Jones'. I like my gifts to either say something about me, OR that will be totally different to anything else the person will receive. Money does NOT talk (IMHO). If it was ME, I would appeal to the 'fun' side of this woman. Give her 30 X 30 'useless items' (Because people dread turning 30)......
30 X Spent Matches,
30 X Grains of sand
30 X Used lottery tickets
30 X Take away menus
......you get the idea. It wont cost much...but, by the time you FIND 30 examples of 30 useless things, and wrap them up in lovely wrapping...no one will be in any doubt as to how much THOUGHT and TIME has been put into it - and it will be NOTING like ANYTHING she will have been given before!
The last thing people with money appreciate is an expensive gft -if they WANTED 'that' they will have already bought it themselves! Appeal to the PERSON, rather than the bank balance!
Always works for me, anyway!

You could make a gift basket with a bunch of little things. Just pick a theme, like bath products (include yummy smelling shower gel, moisturizer, a little poof), or baking (include a cute little apron, a chef's hat, write out some of your favorite recipes or include a cookbook, maybe some measuring cups).
